Known for her genuine approach, Joanne has over 15 years experience as a highly regarded speaker, consultant, and personal coach to advisor teams and individuals, first from her experience in the full-service brokerage arena and now since 2001 through Advisor Pathways. Joanne's commitment to coaching is confirmed by the exceptional record of improved performance of the established advisors and their teams that she has had the pleasure of working with. In addition, Joanne co-authored Best Practices: A handbook guide for advisors and their teams and writes for a wide variety of financial publications. She continues to learn and enhance her coaching skills through continuing education and life experience. Joanne is a certified Kolbe consultant.

Allison has over 25 years experience and an extensive of knowledge of the financial services industry and Human Resource Management. For 7 years Allison was an advisor at a major brokerage firm and was successful in creating and managing a partnership. As well she has the experience and knowledge of selling her business. Allison works with teams and individuals to improve workflow and communication. As a certified Kolbe Consultant she is also able to assist teams and individuals maximize their instinctive talents.

Penny is a key team member at Advisor Pathways. Her extensive knowledge and diverse experience in the areas of health and adult education make Penny the dynamic and adaptive coach she is today. Penny's clients include some of Canada's largest corporations. She has developed assessment tools and been published in the field of optimizing organizational health. Penny's enthusiasm for coaching comes from being part of an evolutionary process in which individuals, teams and organizations become more adaptive, more aware, and ultimately more successful. She is known for her energy, her desire to learn and her commitment to helping others. Penny has a Master's degree in Applied Psychology and is a certified Kolbe consultant.
